About the event
The stability ball is such a useful and versatile piece of equipment!
This workshop is especially for Pilates instructors and/or trainee Pilates instructors.
The workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of how the ball can benefit your clients in a class situation including balance, stability challenge, assistance to help achieve a feeling or specific move, more challenge or resistance and proprioception. So many repertoire ideas included, to keep your classes fresh and challenging.
> The workshop will be working with BOTH Reformer and Matwork repertoire.
What you’ll need for this workshop:
- Your own ball to practice during the class. Suggested size between 18cm to 30 cm diameter.
- You will definitely need a mat.
- Access to a reformer would be an advantage but not necessary (you can always try the repertoire out later if need be).
You'll receive a certificate of attendance to add to your CV.
