About the event

In Person face to face - Perth - 1.5hrs

In this Jumpboard class for Instructors you'll revise, experience and learn:

- How the reformer settings (gearbar and stopper) can affect jumping

- What reformer settings are best to use with which jumping positions

- How can spring choice affect muscle use

- How to encourage smooth jumping and landing (avoid the 'reformer shunt')

Experience: - A 45 min jump class yourself, lead by teacher trainer Rachel Usher

* You can participate as much or as little as you like

* You'll have your OWN reformer, if you book that option (* see below), not sharing - More ideas to use the jumpboard than just jumping with feet!

- Which muscle groups are used a lot in a standard jump class

- What muscle groups may benefit from some stretching afterwards

- How to give your clients jump specific stretches/releases that will leave them feeling AWESOME - A HEAP of ideas to take straight to your class plans

Plus a chance to ask any questions you have about jumpboard.

* There are two options when you purchase a ticket here:

1. Book a reformer and attend with participation in the class

2. Observe the class (limited tics)

  • J/Board OBSERVATION only

Book your spot to observe this workshop and class. You can participate with questions etc, but you will not have your own reformer during class.
